Looking for a way to get moving this spring? Fitness for Seniors is a great way to start a healthy new chapter in your life. Students will learn basic fitness routine exercises and gain an understanding of how personal fitness benefits the entire body.
This class is especially designed for seniors to help build and maintain strength, agility, and flexibility. The course is offered in two sessions: Jan. 12-Feb. 2 and Feb. 16-March 9 and meets each Tuesday from 12-1 p.m. at the San Jacinto College Central Campus.
