Construction Management 4-Sector Specialty, AAS

Technical Degree
The Associate of Applied Science degree prepares you for an entry-level career. Learn how to conceptually develop and organize a construction project, including pricing and procurement, scheduling and overseeing its organization, estimating, and implementation of the project. This program will prepare you for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certification exam.
Length 2 Years
If you're studying full-time, you can complete the 60 credits for this program in four terms.

Construction Management 4-Sector, Certificate of Technology

Certificate
The Certificate of Technology prepares you for the degree program, an entry-level career, or advancement in your current career. Learn how to work in the fields of commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure construction management. This program allows you to earn the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-hour certificate.
Length 1.5 Years
